Business Development & Digital Marketing Intern

About the role

InterSoccer, Switzerland’s largest youth football provider, offers a 4‑to‑6+ month full‑time internship starting in October. You will work closely with the CEO on business development while supporting the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential partners, collaboration opportunities and sponsors.
• Support outreach to schools, companies, football clubs, local authorities and other organisations.
• Create proposals, presentations and supporting materials.
• Conduct market research and support database management.
• Assist promotional activities, including digital campaigns and local marketing efforts.
• Help manage social media, update the website, optimise SEO and enhance pages with visuals and multimedia.

Required profile

• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and confident communication with external contacts.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently while keeping management updated.
• Interest in partnerships, sales development, sport marketing and community engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French (German is a plus).
• Based in the Geneva/Vaud region with a valid Swiss passport or work permit.
