About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across the DACH region. The role focuses on opening new opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and driving sustainable revenue in high‑growth technology markets, particularly within industrial, healthcare, logistics, and enterprise IoT sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional growth plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new customer opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
  • Create strategic account development plans for key customers and build relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions, driving executive‑level engagement.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to refine go‑to‑market strategies and provide market insights.
  • Support customer evaluations, early‑stage project engagement, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the decision‑making process.

Required profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical B2B sales or business development.
  • Strong background in electronics, IoT solutions, wireless technologies, or embedded systems.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and delivering revenue growth in the DACH region.
  • Experience working with OEMs, channel partners, and technology ecosystems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality and strong customer‑centric focus.
