About the role
Jagaad is a fully remote digital company that designs cloud‑based applications and micro‑services for clients in energy, travel, e‑commerce and retail. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the identification and pursuit of new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, trends and potential partners.
- Generate leads, conduct cold calls and arrange meetings with prospective customers.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Think strategically to set objectives, plan operational changes and improve business processes.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional strategies and attend relevant conferences and events.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Perform sales forecasts and analysis, presenting findings to senior management.
- Contribute to the overall sales and marketing strategy of the company.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or a related commercial role.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
