Business Growth & Operations Manager – FMCG

About the role

International Brands is seeking a Business Growth & Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO and turn strategy into measurable market results. You will drive brand development, operational excellence, and expansion across the FMCG value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop strategy with the CEO at both company and brand level.
• Lead the launch of new brands and the positioning of the existing portfolio.
• Own P&L for brands, monitoring revenue, margins and profitability.
• Translate strategic decisions into concrete actions and ensure execution across teams.
• Oversee business operations, supply chain, procurement, production and distribution.
• Introduce, structure and continuously optimise processes and organisational setups.
• Build clear ownership structures and scale the organisation.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and monitor KPIs, brand performance and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in an operational or brand‑driven role within FMCG, beauty, retail or a similar sector.
• Proven track record in brand building and business development.
• Strong understanding of scalable business models and P&L responsibility.
• Solid knowledge of supply chain, logistics and operational processes.
• Fluency in German and English.

• SAP B1 or comparable ERP system
