Business Manager – Hotel Finance

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead the Finance division at The Park Gstaad, a luxury hotel in Switzerland. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a key member of the hotel leadership team, shaping strategic and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer all financial aspects of the property, safeguarding assets and maximizing profitability.
• Elevate the quality of financial reporting and analysis, acting as a business advisor to the Planning Committee.
• Strengthen internal controls and supervise day‑to‑day activities of the Finance office.
• Coordinate planning cycles, including forecasts and budgets, and partner with department heads on profitability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local and corporate policies, the Accounting & Finance Manual, USALI, and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality finance.
• Proven expertise in month‑end close, financial statements, reconciliations, audits, budgeting and forecasting.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Hospitality Management with a finance concentration.
• High integrity, transparency and strong interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
