Business Manager (VIE) – Geneva

About the role

As a Business Manager on a 12‑month VIE contract, you will drive the growth of SII Group’s Swiss operations from Geneva. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and supporting the recruitment and development of consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business opportunities and respond to RFPs.
• Negotiate and close contracts with large‑account clients.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of consultants.
• Define resource needs and investment plans for project delivery.
• Provide tools and training to ensure successful project execution.
• Contribute to the long‑term strategy of opening a dedicated agency in Switzerland.

Required profile

• French nationality, under 29 years old.
• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or business school.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience in a consulting or ESN environment.
• Strong ambition, challenge‑driven mindset, autonomy and rigor.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑growing, results‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Professional level German (optional).
