Catalytic Finance Specialist

About the role

The Catalytic Finance Specialist will support UNOPS in building a financing ecosystem for menstrual health across Francophone West Africa. Working closely with the technical team, the specialist will identify gaps, engage key stakeholders and develop approaches to catalyse investment pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Support the scoping of ecosystem enablers, key stakeholders and partners in the menstrual health financing and investment ecosystem in Francophone West Africa.
• Identify gaps and needs for enhancement and propose solutions to strengthen the financing landscape.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop approaches for catalysing pipeline targets with identified partners.
• Assist in the development of a pipeline of investment opportunities and support partner engagement.

Required profile

• Experience in financing or investment ecosystems, preferably in health or development sectors.
• Familiarity with stakeholder mapping and partnership development.
• Ability to work in a multi‑regional environment and support cross‑functional teams.
