About the role

Join a leading Swiss insurer to provide high‑level support and guidance to customers across the country. As a Customer Relationship Officer you will be the first point of contact, delivering a positive and caring image of the company while assisting clients through multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the insurer positively in all client interactions.
• Provide first‑level support for telematics‑related inquiries.
• Inform and guide customers on assistance and insurance services, including partner offerings.
• Manage online client requests such as vehicle contracts, client portal issues, and web‑based inquiries.
• Conduct outbound follow‑up and contact campaigns.
• Handle overflow telephone calls from agency branches.
• Coordinate client requests with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Perform administrative and back‑office tasks linked to client relations.

Required profile

• Federal vocational training certificate (AFP) or federal capacity certificate (CFC) in a commercial field.
• Successful first experience in a similar customer‑facing role.
• Native or excellent oral and written proficiency in Italian and French (C1 required).
• Good oral and written German is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of the insurance sector is a plus.
• Strong interest in human contact and a customer‑oriented mindset.
