About the role

Mandarin Oriental, Geneva is seeking a dedicated Chef de Rang to join its SACHI restaurant team. In this 5‑star environment you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience from greeting to farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain your service station according to hotel standards.
• Present menus, communicate daily specials and any promotional offers.
• Serve dishes and beverages with precision, adhering to Mandarin Oriental service protocols.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to any requests.
• Uphold the hospitality principles of a luxury hotel, ensuring consistency with the brand’s commitments.

Required profile

• Passion for high‑level service and meticulous attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining setting is preferred.
• Team‑oriented mindset, curiosity, and a desire for continuous learning.
• Strong communication skills and a flexible attitude.
• Fluency in English and French; additional European language is a plus.
• Valid Swiss work permit or EU passport.
