City Lead Community Manager

About the role

Regus is looking for a dynamic City Lead Community Manager to act as the owner of a business centre in Switzerland. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, growing the centre’s portfolio and leading a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the centre’s appearance and showcase it to prospective clients.
• Provide excellent service to existing members and ensure their satisfaction.
• Generate new business by promoting flexible‑working solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop a customer‑focused team.
• Organise and coordinate city‑wide community events.
• Plan and optimise staff schedules to maximise productivity.
