Client Account Manager – Multi Family Office

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Client Account Manager to join our multi-family office in Zürich. The role supports visionary tech entrepreneurs by delivering personalized wealth-management services and ensuring smooth administration of their global assets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality service to an international, ultra-high-net-worth client base.
• Coordinate the opening and ongoing maintenance of bank accounts for individuals, companies and investment structures.
• Prepare and update asset and wealth reports using our proprietary reporting tool.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.
• Handle company administration tasks such as expense management, travel planning and ad-hoc projects.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in international wealth management or family-office services.
• Strong knowledge of account-opening procedures for individuals, corporate entities and investment vehicles.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and investment concepts.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Swiss work permit.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in preparing wealth-reporting documentation.
