Client Advisor – Part-time (60%) – Geneva

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Advisor to join our Geneva boutique on a part‑time basis (approximately 24 hours per week). Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the luxury experience that Bottega Veneta is known for, while supporting the store’s sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets in line with company strategy.
• Apply effective selling techniques to maximise business potential.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records using the CRM and Client Book.
• Ensure stock information is accurate and manage store‑to‑store transfer requests.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service.
• Share best practices and information with team members to foster collaboration.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
• Native‑speaker proficiency is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service attitude and flexibility to adapt to diverse client needs.
• Strong communication, empathy and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for client management.
