Client Operations Officer – Transfer Agent (Fund Distribution Services)

About the role

Crédit Agricole CACEIS, a banking group subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A. specialised in financial services for fund managers and institutional investors, is hiring a Client Operations Officer (Transfer Agent) within its Fund Distribution Services department. The post is based in Nyon, Switzerland, on a 9-month fixed-term contract starting 1 October 2026, with occasional remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Process investor orders (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers or conversions) within the defined deadlines and advise fund managers beforehand
• Serve as the main contact for clients and investors, handling their requests
• Check and process orders on fund units and capture orders received by fax
• Carry out first-level operational controls and ensure NAVs are received so orders are executed correctly
• Answer investor queries and handle KYC matters in coordination with the Luxembourg investor KYC teams
• Process and monitor outstanding items on securities and cash, and respond to management company requests
• Monitor fund events such as dividends, mergers, liquidations and capital increases

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or equivalent, preferably in Economics, Finance/Accounting or Business Administration
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in fund distribution, transfer agency or a similar field
• Fluent spoken and written French and English; German is an asset

• Ideally experience with CACEIS Transfer Agent tools (COMET, HOLDING, BCT, OST DIV)
