Client Solutions Manager – Travel (Zurich)

About the role

The Client Solutions team at TikTok partners with travel brands and agencies to deliver high‑impact campaigns on our platform. Based in Zurich, you will help top travel clients craft compelling narratives, drive measurable results, and adopt new advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a product expert, educating clients and agency partners on TikTok solutions, best practices, and new features.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and efficiency.
• Manage and grow client relationships, delivering scalable solutions and supporting strategic product adoption.
• Conduct regular business reviews and adopt a consultative approach in collaboration with Brand Partnership Managers.
• Lead campaign kick‑offs, oversee timelines, asset delivery, and optimization opportunities.
• Create sales materials and presentations using market trends, case studies, and industry insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams to design and implement creative ad solutions.
• Liaise with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Required profile

• Experience in client solutions, account management, or digital marketing/advertising.
• Strong media planning expertise and knowledge of advertising effectiveness measurement.
• Hands‑on experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad‑tech products.
• Demonstrated ad‑tech product knowledge, especially in performance and app campaigns.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
