Clinical Training Instructor – Medical Physicist

About the role

Accuray is seeking a Clinical Training Instructor – Medical Physicist to join its Genolier Innovation Hub in Switzerland. The role combines expert instruction in radiation physics and treatment planning with curriculum development to support global customers using Accuray’s radiotherapy systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, in‑person and virtual clinical training focused on radiation physics, treatment planning and system performance.
• Develop and maintain training curricula, instructional materials and assessment tools.
• Provide clinical support during system implementation, onboarding and ongoing customer development.
• Collaborate with global training teams, attend industry events and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs.
• Assist with troubleshooting and performance optimization of Accuray treatment delivery systems.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Medical Physics or related field.
• Proven experience in clinical training or education within radiotherapy.
• Ability to translate complex physics concepts into practical clinical applications.
• Legal right to work in Switzerland (Swiss work permit is a plus).
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training sessions.
