Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

TrueTwin is an AI‑native platform that lets fans converse 24/7 with AI twins of real creators in any language. The product is live in closed beta and the company is registered in Dubai’s DIFC AI Campus. We are looking for a founding commercial leader to own the entire commercial function and grow the business alongside the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with creators, talent agencies, brand agencies and platforms.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies, pilot launches, customer acquisition and growth initiatives.
• Set pricing, structure deals and drive revenue generation.
• Lead fundraising activities for pre‑seed and seed rounds together with the CEO.
• Build and scale the commercial team once financing is secured.

Required profile

• Executive‑level commercial leadership experience (VP or higher) in tech, creator‑economy, SaaS or consumer subscription businesses.
• Willingness to join full‑time on a sweat‑equity basis before funding, with a vision to build the commercial function from scratch.
• Established network in the creator economy, talent ecosystem or consumer AI space.
