Commercial Leader, Enabling Technologies

About the role

The ET Commercial Lead owns the commercial strategy for Enovis Enabling Technologies, driving adoption, optimisation and sustainable growth of ARVIS and future solutions. This role partners closely with the implant sales organisation to position ET as a strategic growth driver.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all commercial activities for ARVIS, including capital, rental and VBA models, and develop account‑level strategies.
• Drive adoption and sustained utilisation within targeted accounts, identifying growth opportunities across customer segments.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of ET opportunities, prioritising accounts based on value and strategic fit.
• Engage senior hospital stakeholders to position Enovis and ARVIS within broader institutional value propositions.
• Collaborate closely with implant sales teams to align ET with overall account strategy and support competitive conversions.
• Provide structured market feedback on pricing, positioning and competitiveness, and contribute to the evolution of commercial models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences or related field; MBA or equivalent commercial experience preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in MedTech or related industry with a strong track record in capital equipment sales, complex solutions selling and value‑based selling.
• Proven key account management experience and ability to engage with hospital leadership (clinical and non‑clinical).
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and a collaborative “win/win” mindset with field sales teams.
