Communication & Brand Experience Manager

About the role

Hamilton is looking for a talented and dynamic Communication & Brand Experience Manager to own PR and event tools while actively shaping the brand’s global presence. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to promote Hamilton’s pioneer spirit across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360° global marketing campaigns, including product launches and seasonal initiatives.
• Lead movie and gaming promotions as the primary liaison with studios, overseeing plans, consolidating results and reporting KPIs.
• Create, evolve and distribute PR assets such as press texts and kits.
• Support PR managers in all countries to implement the international PR strategy.
• Identify and commission copywriters, allocating work based on expertise.
• Produce global PR reports, analyse market results and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media across all channels.
• Host international media during global events.
• Draft speeches and prepare interview responses for the CEO.
• Manage crisis communication in alignment with senior leadership.
• Oversee Swiss press relations and secure local coverage.
• Design and coordinate a global advocacy strategy, managing brand ambassadors and content creators.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external partners.
