Compliance Analyst – Client Reviews (Zurich)

About the role

We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our Zurich‑based banking client on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work in a hybrid setting, conducting complex client reviews to ensure adherence to AML and KYC regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed client reviews in line with AML/KYC policies and procedures.
• Analyse existing client files to verify compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify gaps, raise issues and escalate irregularities to the appropriate teams.
• Document findings clearly and comprehensively.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve compliance queries efficiently.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of AML and KYC processes, preferably with extended compliance experience.
• Ability to handle complex client review cases independently.
• Completion of relevant compliance‑related trainings or certifications.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
