Concierge & Experience Supervisor – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Concierge & Experience Supervisor leads the daily operations of the Concierge, Guest Services and Ski Butlers teams at Six Senses Crans Montana, ensuring every guest experience reflects the brand’s philosophy of crafted experiences, emotional connection and sustainable luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, team performance and service standards while ensuring LQA compliance.
• Manage VIP and complex guest requests, overseeing pre‑arrival, in‑house and departure arrangements.
• Promote wellness, sustainability and local cultural immersion throughout guest interactions.
• Provide anticipatory, personalized service, handle complaints and drive service recovery.
• Coordinate transportation, ski arrangements and all indoor/outdoor guest experiences.
• Maintain vendor and partner relationships, ensuring accurate bookings, confirmations and billing.
• Deliver expert local recommendations and support bespoke VIP itineraries.
• Monitor guest feedback, conduct root‑cause analysis of service failures and ensure audit compliance.

Required profile

• Hospitality diploma or degree from a recognized school.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar operational role within a luxury hotel.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems, preferably Opera PMS.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive host attitude and ability to work in a cross‑cultural environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• EU passport or valid Swiss work authorization.
