Consultant – Organisation & Workforce Transformation

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a (Senior) Consultant to help clients transform their organisations and workforce strategies in line with business objectives. You will work on projects ranging from single‑department redesigns to enterprise‑wide transformations, leveraging AI and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in addressing organisational and workforce challenges within complex strategic initiatives such as business transformations, new operating models, restructurings, and M&A.
• Conduct structured analyses, develop hypotheses and deliver client‑ready recommendations, using AI tools to accelerate insight generation.
• Design target organisations, workforce strategies, leadership development journeys, and role‑career architectures as required.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders at various levels to gather input, test ideas and build alignment.
• Manage defined workstreams or project modules end‑to‑end, ensuring quality, timeliness and commercial awareness.
• Support senior colleagues in business development activities, including proposal writing and thought‑leadership creation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Deloitte Service Lines to deliver integrated transformation solutions.

Required profile

• University degree (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience in organisational design, workforce strategy or related Human Capital consulting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
