Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

About the role

Freshape SA is seeking a creative and hands‑on Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to own the brand’s voice across social platforms, from concept to published post. You will work on‑site in Renens, collaborating with product, design, and external creators to support upcoming product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s mission and marketing goals.
• Plan, direct, and produce photo and video content in‑house and on location, managing freelancers and agencies as needed.
• Support paid campaigns on Meta and Google, handling budgeting, targeting, and ROI optimisation.
• Build and nurture an active community, engage with user‑generated content, and coordinate influencer and ambassador activities.
• Track performance metrics, report insights, and stay updated on platform changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in content creation and social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand building, and community management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French or German a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta, YouTube, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in creating visual content (photo and video) from concept to final edit.
• Practical use of AI tools for copywriting, visual creation, editing and reporting.
• Organisational ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
