Growth Engineer – SEO, SEM & AI Search

About the role

This hands‑on Growth Engineer role focuses on generating qualified B2B leads and measurable revenue through SEO, SEM, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Generative Engine Marketing (GEM). You will own the full growth motion across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑driven discovery platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated growth strategy spanning SEO, SEM, GEO and GEM to increase visibility on Google and AI‑search platforms.
• Own keyword research, search‑intent analysis, competitive research and identify content and search‑growth opportunities.
• Execute on‑page SEO initiatives, resolve technical SEO issues and optimise paid search campaigns, particularly Google Ads.
• Run continuous experiments on messaging, keywords, landing pages and acquisition channels, linking performance to qualified leads, pipeline and revenue.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience executing, optimising and measuring SEO and SEM campaigns.
• Current understanding of Generative Engine Optimization, AI search and how generative search reshapes traditional SEO.
• Proven track record generating B2B leads and pipeline in a cloud, AI, data or technology‑consulting environment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize initiatives and collaborate directly with senior leadership.
