Corporate Communications Senior Specialist

About the role

Autoneum is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead its global internal communications. You will translate complex corporate topics into clear messages, manage the worldwide intranet, and strengthen employee engagement across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve the global intranet, ensuring relevance and high adoption.
• Create and roll out engaging internal communication formats for shop‑floor employees.
• Lead the Global Communicators Network, promoting alignment and best‑practice sharing.
• Drive improvement of internal channels such as digital tools, on‑site formats, and intranet content.
• Support leadership communication and ensure consistent messaging at all levels.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and local sites to align communication initiatives.
• Maintain and evolve Autoneum’s corporate design guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Act as the internal point of contact for branding‑related questions and support selected visual projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Up to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
• Excellent written and editing skills in English and German (native level).
• Hands‑on mindset, structured work style, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work across functions and cultures in an international setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, audience targeting, analytics, or workflow automation.
