About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Trainer, Learning Specialist, and Performance Coach to design, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives that boost employee capabilities and career growth. You will partner with managers and staff to identify training needs, create engaging experiences, and nurture a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and facilitate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across departments.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Assess learning needs through performance reviews, surveys, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Create training materials, presentations, e‑learning content, and other learning resources.
  • Deliver in‑person and virtual training using adult learning methodologies.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance‑improvement support to individuals and teams.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leaders on talent development and succession planning.
  • Maintain training records and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Stay current on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and public‑speaking abilities.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methods.
  • Experience creating training materials and learning content.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
  • Ability to motivate and influence individuals at all levels.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous experience in corporate training, learning & development, or talent management is preferred.
