Corporate Trainer / Learning Specialist / Performance Coach

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Trainer / Learning Specialist / Performance Coach to design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives that boost employee capabilities and drive performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and facilitate training programs, workshops and learning initiatives for various departments.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Assess learning needs through performance reviews, surveys and stakeholder consultations.
• Create engaging training materials, presentations, e‑learning content and resources.
• Deliver in‑person and virtual training using adult learning methodologies.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and performance improvement support to individuals and teams.
• Track, evaluate and report on training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with department leaders on talent development and succession planning.
• Maintain training records and manage the Learning Management System.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and public speaking abilities.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methods.
• Experience creating training materials and learning content.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
