About the role

As the Country Sales Lead for Switzerland, you will drive the sales and delivery strategy, ensuring operational excellence across all product lines. You will build and lead high‑performing teams, shape regional business planning, and champion Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, coach and motivate multi‑site teams, including several management layers.
  • Set clear targets for customer service, market sales and delivery pipelines, and hold teams accountable.
  • Design and execute daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly strategies to achieve profitability and market‑share growth.
  • Maintain high operational, safety and security standards in partnership with EH&S and security teams.
  • Foster a continuous‑improvement culture by collecting feedback and optimizing vehicle and customer flow.

Required profile

  • Proven experience leading large, multi‑site teams in a high‑growth, service‑focused environment.
  • Strong ability to inspire, influence and hold teams accountable to common goals.
  • Excellent prioritisation, project‑management and deadline‑driving skills.
  • Innovative, data‑driven problem‑solver comfortable with change.
  • Track record of building trusted relationships and ethical management practices.
  • Outstanding analytical, verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Passion for Tesla’s mission and sustainable energy.
