Cruise Manager – Soulful Experience Sailings

About the role

AmaWaterways is expanding its Soulful Experience sailings, culturally curated voyages that celebrate Black heritage, history, music, and community. We are looking for passionate Cruise Managers to bring these immersive experiences to life onboard, fostering connection and storytelling throughout the journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead immersive, culturally rich onboard experiences that reflect Black heritage.
• Guide and support dynamic cultural programming, performances, and excursions.
• Engage guests through storytelling, historical context, and shared experiences.
• Coordinate daily operations and events to ensure seamless execution.
• Cultivate a welcoming, inclusive environment that celebrates culture and community.

Required profile

• Fluent English (required).
• Deep understanding of Black heritage and culture, with the ability to represent it authentically.
• Experience in hospitality, cultural programming, events, or tourism.
• Passion for creating meaningful, memorable, and culturally rich experiences.
• Strong leadership presence and excellent guest engagement skills.
• EU residency and work authorization.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
