Customer Care Representative (Working Student)

About the role

We are looking for a Working Student Customer Care Representative to join Yuh’s support team. You will be the main point of contact for users of Yuh’s financial app, helping them navigate payments, savings and investment features while gaining hands‑on experience in a modern Swiss fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls (70‑80% of daily activity) as the primary contact for clients.
• Provide accurate, first‑class support on the Yuh app, addressing questions, issues and requests related to payments, savings and investments.
• Guide clients through product features and processes in a clear, empathetic and compliant manner.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by executing instructions and resolving concerns, especially in time‑sensitive or complex situations.
• Document interactions and outcomes in internal systems to ensure transparency and proper follow‑up.
• Collaborate with fellow Customer Care Representatives and internal departments to improve service delivery and contribute feedback for platform enhancements.
• Uphold confidentiality, fair client treatment and regulatory compliance at all times.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship (Federal certificate of Competence, Fachausweis or equivalent).
• Previous experience in customer satisfaction, preferably within financial services.
• Fluency in English and French; Italian proficiency is a plus.
