Customer Care Specialist

About the role

This fully remote position supports an international customer base from Switzerland, handling inquiries via chat and email. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring helpful, efficient, and professional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through chat and email, providing clear information about products and services.
• Investigate and resolve issues, collaborating with internal teams when specialized support is required.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain complete records of requests and resolutions.
• Monitor performance targets and contribute feedback for service and product improvements.

Required profile

• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and emotional resilience for handling dissatisfied customers.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities to prioritize multiple requests.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and omnichannel customer service platforms.
• Proficiency using email, chat applications, and standard workplace software.
