About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care/Technical Support Specialist to join a fast‑moving, technology‑driven team in Switzerland. In this role you will be the first point of contact for an international customer base, helping resolve technical issues related to cloud applications and infrastructure while delivering a seamless support experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line technical and customer support for cloud applications and infrastructure services.
  • Assist customers with SSL certificate renewals, license administration and access management.
  • Handle support requests via phone, email and service‑management platforms, ensuring clear documentation.
  • Monitor, triage, prioritize and resolve tickets according to service guidelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to DevOps or cloud engineering teams while keeping customers informed.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain visibility over incidents and support requests across an international environment.
  • Contribute to improving internal documentation and knowledge‑base resources.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years of experience in technical support, customer care, IT helpdesk or a similar role.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proactive problem‑solving attitude and willingness to obtain Azure certification if not already held.
