Customer Retention Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Customer Retention Specialist to shape lifecycle strategies for a fast‑scaling digital product in Switzerland. You will design and optimise automated CRM campaigns that boost engagement, increase lifetime value and reduce churn across multiple user segments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour and segment users to create targeted retention offers.
• Design, configure and manage automated CRM flows for onboarding, engagement, re‑activation and win‑back.
• Maintain a structured communication calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Conduct A/B tests, analyse results and implement improvements.
• Prepare briefs for design, copy and development teams.
• Monitor and optimise funnel performance across email, push and in‑app channels.
• Collaborate with product, analytics and marketing teams to refine customer journey maps and KPI tracking.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer retention, CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong understanding of retention strategies, customer lifecycle management and key performance metrics.
• Hands‑on experience with campaign management platforms and analytics tools.

Required skills

• Campaign platforms such as Smartico, FastTrack or Customer.io.
• Analytics and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau or Google Analytics.
• Task‑management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Basic to advanced knowledge of HTML.
