Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative

About the role

The Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative will support B2B customers, Export Manager, Sales Representative and Distributors across Mainland Europe, ensuring premium service and long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Check, record, process and monitor customer orders (electronic, telephone, written).
• Coordinate logo business orders in Mainland Europe.
• Process returns, credit notes and incorrect deliveries accurately.
• Cooperate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide sales advice, order and delivery statistics, availability and product information.
• Support B2C customers and provide flexible assistance across the Customer Service team based on workload.

Required profile

• Commercial or retail‑oriented basic education.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a sales office in a similar environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and high customer‑service orientation.
• Very well‑organized, accurate, calm under pressure and friendly.
• Fluent in German and English, intermediate French.

Required skills

• Good IT user skills (MS Office, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Netsuite (advantage).
