Customer Success Manager - Core (Ads, Social, Marketing)

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager – Core you will act as a trusted advisor for Sprinklr’s strategic customers, guiding them to adopt and extract value from the Core suite of Marketing, Social, and Advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic technical relationships across Sprinklr’s Core products, advising on architecture, tagging, and governance.
• Own the end‑to‑end adoption lifecycle, conduct workspace audits, health score tracking and create reusable playbooks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to address technical challenges, run executive business reviews and co‑develop success plans.
• Deliver stakeholder‑specific enablement such as executive workshops, advanced trainings and feature adoption campaigns.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years in MarTech, AdTech or digital media consulting with enterprise‑grade solutions.
• Deep experience in campaign setup, media planning and omnichannel marketing strategy.
• Executive‑level presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Data fluency to interpret telemetry, product usage and marketing KPIs.

Required skills

• Sprinklr platform expertise.
• Experience with Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of social ad platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok.
• PMP or Agile certification.
• Strong tagging, workspace configuration and analytics skills.
