Customer Support Representative – Order & Service Coordination

About the role
The Customer Support Representative is the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the order and service journey. Working in a system‑driven environment, you will bridge customers with internal teams such as Sales, Service, and Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email and digital channels for inbound service and order inquiries.
- Own and coordinate the full order management cycle from quotation to invoicing.
- Process returns, warranty cases, pricing requests and provide order status updates.
- Coordinate field service activities and maintain clear communication with customers.
- Maintain and update customer, order and service data in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) systems.
- Create and manage service cases, maintenance contracts and related documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Support inside‑sales activities and contribute to data quality and administrative tasks.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of professional experience in customer service, order management or inside sales, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
- Structured, reliable work style and ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Solution‑oriented thinking with high ownership and commitment.
- Fluent German and solid English language skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
