Customer Support Representative – Order & Service Coordination

About the role

The Customer Support Representative is the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the order and service journey. Working in a system‑driven environment, you will bridge customers with internal teams such as Sales, Service, and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email and digital channels for inbound service and order inquiries.
• Own and coordinate the full order management cycle from quotation to invoicing.
• Process returns, warranty cases, pricing requests and provide order status updates.
• Coordinate field service activities and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Maintain and update customer, order and service data in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) systems.
• Create and manage service cases, maintenance contracts and related documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Support inside‑sales activities and contribute to data quality and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience in customer service, order management or inside sales, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Structured, reliable work style and ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Solution‑oriented thinking with high ownership and commitment.
• Fluent German and solid English language skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
