Data Management Training Specialist

About the role

The Data Management Training Specialist will design and maintain a structured training concept for the Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring consistent understanding and sustainable adoption across Sika’s global organization. The role bridges data governance, IT, and business units to enable effective and compliant use of the PIM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve a structured training concept for PIM, data management, and related processes.
• Develop role‑based training materials (onboarding, refresher, advanced) for data creators, stewards, approvers, and other user groups.
• Deliver training sessions in live, virtual, and self‑learning formats.
• Coordinate training content with PIM project coordination, product data management, governance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Review and update training materials based on system changes, process updates, and user feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and maintaining structured training concepts for PIM systems or similar data‑management platforms.
• Strong ability to translate governance rules and data quality standards into clear learning paths.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (IT, product data, governance).
• Excellent communication skills for delivering training to diverse audiences.
