Data Visualization Specialist – Part‑Time (Remote, Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Data Visualization Specialist to join a globally distributed, mission‑driven team based in Switzerland. You will turn complex data sets into clear, actionable visual insights that guide product strategy and commercial decisions across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive dashboards and visualisations using Google Data Studio (or similar tools) to communicate key performance metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy by identifying, troubleshooting and resolving inconsistencies in datasets and reporting pipelines.
• Collaborate with product leadership to build executive‑level dashboards that support roadmap planning and commercial strategy.
• Perform in‑depth analysis of product performance across regions, including funnel and churn analysis, to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, story‑driven insights for leadership, partners and stakeholders.
• Help define product metrics and establish a consistent measurement framework across teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in data analysis, data visualisation or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large data sets.
• Hands‑on experience with dashboarding tools such as Google Data Studio.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting and data modelling.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in remote, cross‑functional global teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related field is preferred.
