Desktop Support Engineer – Geneva

About the role

We are a technology services company providing on‑site IT support across Switzerland. We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to deliver first‑level assistance to end‑users in Geneva, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops and network connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software and network issues on‑site.
• Diagnose and resolve problems with desktops, laptops, peripherals and connectivity.
• Use remote support tools and ticketing systems to log, track and escalate incidents.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop systems and related hardware.
• Coordinate with higher‑tier support teams for escalations and follow‑up.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of hardware and software assets.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and desktop management.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and network issues.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Geneva and participate in rotational support.
