DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join Lombard Odier Investment Managers’ technology team. The role focuses on building a unified innovation platform that supports developers, data scientists and portfolio managers across the firm. You will work closely with the group IT department to ensure reliable, scalable infrastructure and promote best development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a unified innovation platform for multiple business units.
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists and portfolio managers to translate requirements into automated solutions.
• Set up and maintain a centralized access‑rights management system.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and job automation workflows.
• Ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability and continuous growth.
• Support users, share knowledge and champion good development practices.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Python or other scripting languages.
• Linux administration and Shell scripting.
• CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Kubernetes, containerisation and distributed computing concepts.
