Digital Hangar Community of Practice Internship

About the role

Join the Digital Hangar at SWISS and support the creation and growth of Communities of Practice within the Product Domain. This six‑month internship (80‑100% effort) starts on 1 September 2026 and offers hands‑on experience in digital transformation, AI‑enhanced workflows, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with Community of Practice members to identify relevant topics and structure weekly discussion material.
• Assist in spotting opportunities where artificial intelligence can improve existing processes.
• Maintain communication assets on SharePoint and develop onboarding concepts for new members.
• Support the planning, moderation, and execution of weekly CoP meetings and calls.
• Help the CoP Lead design and run community surveys.
• Collaborate with Digital Product Owners and Business Analysts in their day‑to‑day activities.

Required profile

• Motivated student or recent graduate (HF diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s) with at least three semesters completed.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Proactive mindset, ownership attitude and interest in continuous improvement.
• Passion for technology, digital products, data and AI.

Required skills

• SharePoint for content management and collaboration.
• AI literacy, including prompt engineering and responsible AI usage (plus).
