Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute our digital strategy from a remote‑first base in Switzerland. You will drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and subscriber growth across multiple online channels while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate product messaging into measurable marketing outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise performance of website, SEO, email, paid media and social platforms.
• Plan, launch and evaluate integrated campaigns aligned with product launches and commercial priorities.
• Develop organic search strategies through content planning and on‑site SEO improvements.
• Manage lifecycle email programmes, product updates and re‑engagement initiatives.
• Oversee paid media budgets, continuously improving ROI.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and analytics, providing actionable insights.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to create channel‑specific messaging and creative assets.
• Build engagement in online communities and explore partnerships, affiliate, referral and influencer opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital channels with direct ownership of performance metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and interpreting marketing funnels.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills for technically sophisticated audiences.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize initiatives and execute with minimal supervision.
