Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Sygnum is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimise its core digital platforms – the corporate website and the marketing CRM. Based in Zurich within the Marketing and Communications team, you will drive AI‑first strategies to scale, automate and continuously improve client acquisition journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of the website and marketing CRM, ensuring seamless client experiences.
• Lead the integration and daily use of AI tools for research, content drafting, data analysis, reporting and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, legal and executive teams to align digital initiatives with regulatory and business requirements.
• Develop data‑driven digital campaigns that enhance acquisition, retention and overall brand performance.
• Monitor platform performance, generate insights and implement iterative improvements.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with a variety of AI tools applied to marketing tasks.
• Strong background in managing website and marketing CRM ecosystems.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with tech, ops, legal and senior leadership.
• Data‑oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable digital results.
