Digital Media Project Manager

About the role

The Digital Media Project Manager defines, coordinates and optimises digital media strategies to raise global brand awareness, engagement and performance. Working with internal teams, agencies and key stakeholders, the role delivers data-driven paid media campaigns that fit the brand equity and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement global digital media strategies aligned with business goals and brand equity, and coordinate them across markets so brand communication stays consistent.
• Consolidate media investments and campaign calendars across all markets.
• Oversee the launch and execution of digital media campaigns (social, display, programmatic, search) with agencies and local teams, and review media plans, budgets and assets before activation.
• Manage UTMs and tracking URLs, monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies and supervise the Paid Search strategy against objectives and KPIs.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards, analyse results, identify learnings and propose optimisations.
• Act as the main contact between internal teams (creative, e-commerce, PR, retail), markets and media agencies, and give management strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media, agency or client-side, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or Business.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Expertise in paid social media and/or paid search with hands-on campaign management.
• Google Analytics, UTM tracking and performance dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
