Digital Risk & Brand Protection Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Risk & Brand Protection Manager to safeguard our brand, executives, products and digital assets across online channels. The role combines operational risk monitoring, brand enforcement and cross‑functional coordination with IT Security, Marketing, Legal and Communications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Digital Risk Protection platforms such as ZeroFox, monitoring impersonation, phishing, counterfeit activity and unauthorised brand usage.
• Coordinate incident triage with IT Security, maintain documentation of threats and remediation actions.
• Monitor and enforce brand intellectual property on marketplaces, social platforms and search engines, driving takedown processes.
• Support Marketing and Creative teams by flagging brand‑related risks in campaigns, product launches and influencer content.
• Identify and mitigate risks in SEO/SEM and digital advertising, including unauthorised bidding on branded keywords.
• Collaborate with Global Legal, Communications and crisis teams to define escalation criteria and respond to reputational incidents.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in digital risk, brand protection, trust & safety or related fields.
• Proven experience managing Digital Risk Protection tools (e.g., ZeroFox).
• Strong understanding of phishing, impersonation, online fraud, counterfeit activity and brand misuse.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, Marketing, Legal, Communications and external vendors.

• Online threat detection and incident escalation.
• Takedown coordination across marketplaces, social networks and domain registrars.
• Brand intellectual property monitoring on e‑commerce and social commerce sites.
