About the role

This senior sales leadership position is responsible for driving new business and expansion of AI, data and analytics solutions across enterprise customers in Switzerland. The role owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution, and works closely with technical, marketing and delivery teams to accelerate deal success.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for AI, analytics and data platform services.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, solution design, negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain a predictable pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Develop territory and account strategies to maximise growth in target industries.
  • Lead executive‑level client engagements, including discovery sessions and business case development.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales and delivery teams to craft technically strong, commercially compelling proposals.
  • Partner with ecosystem vendors such as Databricks and Snowflake to generate co‑sell opportunities.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and partner forums to boost visibility and demand.

Required profile

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 2 years selling data, analytics or cloud platform services.
  • Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in complex, consultative environments.
  • Experience managing large, multi‑stakeholder deals typically exceeding $500K.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C‑level stakeholders.
  • Background working with consulting or professional services organisations in a quota‑carrying role.
