Director Digital Process Management

About the role

The Director Digital Process Management leads the GPS system and processes strategy, ensuring accurate and high‑performing digital solutions across reporting, process and system domains. Working closely with operational and technology partners, the role represents GPS in company‑wide strategic programs and drives project delivery on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and collaborate on S/4HANA and IBP implementation programs within assigned value steps.
• Define, propose and obtain stakeholder sign‑off for new processes.
• Deliver internal and external projects while adhering to GPS and SCM strategies.
• Secure resources, communicate progress and results, and influence cross‑functional teams to improve processes.
• Monitor and govern the GPS system portfolio, ensuring performance and business continuity.
• Develop and implement Process Performance Indicators to proactively track compliance.
• Partner with operational teams for in‑depth analysis, issue resolution and data‑driven change.
• Oversee primary data, system configuration and replication for operational accuracy.
• Provide direction and leadership to a team of subject‑matter experts and project managers.

Required profile

• Expert understanding of Power BI, SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP and Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of supply‑chain principles, logistics terminology and basic finance.
• Proven experience leading planning, purchasing and fulfillment projects at a global or market level.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for all organizational levels.
• Ability to influence partners, work cross‑functionally and coach direct reports.
• Data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
