Director E2E Product Planning

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director to lead end‑to‑end product planning for a global portfolio of pharmaceutical products. The role oversees planning across API, formulation, fill‑finish, external manufacturing sites and key suppliers to ensure optimal supply continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Define the global supply‑chain configuration, including decoupling points and replenishment strategies.
• Lead new‑product‑introduction (NPI) planning and ensure demand and net‑requirements propagation across the monthly planning cycle using multi‑echelon techniques.
• Participate in executive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and drive the DSRM for the assigned portfolio.
• Resolve end‑to‑end issues, manage allocation and conduct root‑cause analyses to maintain supply continuity for the Synthetics Platform.
• Supervise execution across all manufacturing and supply nodes, coordinating with planning, sourcing, quality and delivery functions.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify risks early and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with GPEX/JJT teams to develop digital toolsets such as control towers, batch trackers or digital twins.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, finance or economics; advanced degree (MBA or master’s) preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, global planning, S&OP/IBP or supply‑chain management with proven results.
• Direct supervisory experience and demonstrated international exposure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
