Customer Logistics Manager

About the role

Roche Switzerland bridges the gap between pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. For our long‑term client, F. Hoffmann‑La Roche AG in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a Customer Logistics Manager to oversee trading and delivery of semi‑finished and finished products to third‑party customer markets worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure global market supply to third‑party customers on time, in full, at the right quality and cost.
• Partner with upstream replenishment coordination from central packaging.
• Continuously improve the cost‑to‑serve model, including KPI metrics.
• Leverage data for decision‑making using analytics, simulation tools and customer insights.
• Drive efficiency by identifying value‑adding and productivity‑enhancing opportunities through technology and data.
• Collaborate with market functions to understand changes impacting supply and adjust the replenishment plan.
• Ensure appropriate supply‑chain set‑up, including master data maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field (or equivalent specialized training).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management and Operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
