Director FP&A & Strategic Finance EMEA

About the role

The Director of FP&A & Strategic Finance for EMEA joins the regional finance leadership team as a senior advisor to the Regional Finance Officer and the broader EMEA leadership group. This hands‑on individual contributor will shape financial planning, drive strategic finance initiatives, and enhance decision‑making across all countries in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, mid‑term planning and monthly performance reviews.
• Coordinate cross‑country planning to align with regional and global strategic goals.
• Build and maintain robust financial models and scenario analyses for strategic and operational decisions.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide transparent reporting, dashboards and advanced analytics to improve visibility of revenue, margins, cash flow and key business drivers.
• Represent EMEA in global financial planning projects and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy.
• Advise senior leadership on growth strategies, acquisitions, partnerships and investment cases.
• Support pricing, margin management, rebate governance and commercial investment decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Professional finance qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in FP&A leadership within a multinational organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.
