Director of Enterprise Business System (EBS) – Implant OpCo

About the role

The Director of Enterprise Business System (EBS) will lead the implementation of the Envista Business System across the Implant OpCo organization. Reporting to the President, you will champion a problem‑solving culture, drive sustainable performance improvements, and support the leadership team in achieving strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive targeted, sustainable improvements using Policy Deployment and Daily Management tools.
• Act as the EBS thought leader, guiding the site on work concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Coach leaders and facilitate Kaizen events, ensuring they are planned, executed, and sustained.
• Identify workflow impediments and waste, recommending appropriate EBS tools for elimination.
• Develop and champion the EBS Roadmap to embed continuous‑improvement culture.
• Collaborate with EBSO and other EBS Leaders to benchmark and share best practices across OpCos.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading continuous‑improvement initiatives across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑changing environment and manage conflicting priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Lean methodology and Kaizen facilitation.
• Experience with EBS tools or comparable continuous‑improvement platforms.
• Policy Deployment (PD) and Daily Management (DM) expertise.
• Certification in EBS tools (preferred).
